DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy
Travelinium respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, we have adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement as posted on this website. This policy outlines the procedure for reporting claimed copyright infringement and for counter-notices.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works on the website are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works on the site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Travelinium will:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material of the takedown and the DMCA notice.
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error or as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district (i) in which your address is located, or (ii) in which the infringement allegedly occurred, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
Send counter-notices to the same Copyright Agent address above.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Travelinium may restore the material if we determine that it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Changes to This Policy
Travelinium may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. We encourage you to check this page periodically for changes.
